Varsey Rhododendron Sanctuary
A protected area, the sanctuary is well-known for its wide variety of rhododendron species as well as other flora and animals.
Around 104 square kilometers of land make up the Varsey Rhododendron Sanctuary, which is home to several rhododendron species, including the endangered Rhododendron Nivale. Together with a variety of other animals, the refuge is home to the Himalayan Black Bear, Red Panda, and Leopard.
