Mangan

Mangan is a town located in the northern part of the Indian state of Sikkim. It is the headquarters of North Sikkim district and serves as the gateway to several popular tourist destinations in the region. Mangan is home to several tourist attractions that cater to a wide range of interests.

Some of the popular tourist spots include, the Seven Sisters Waterfalls which is a magnificent waterfall close to Mangan. It is a well-liked tourist destination and provides stunning views of the nearby mountains.  A Buddhist monastery called Phensang Monastery may be found around 30 kilometers from Mangan. One of Sikkim's oldest monasteries, it has a number of priceless religious treasures and artifacts. Lachung, around 50 kilometers away from Mangan lies the lovely town of Lachung. It is well-known for its breathtaking natural beauty and is a well-liked location for mountaineering and hiking. Yumthang Valley, around 70 kilometers from Mangan lies the lovely Yumthang Valley. It is a well-liked location for camping and picnicking and has a number of hot springs nearby. Gurudongmar Lake, around 145 kilometers from Mangan, Gurudongmar Lake is a revered body of water. One of the highest lakes in the world, it is encircled by peaks covered with snow.
