Maharashtra

Maharashtra is a state located in the western part of India, bordered by the Arabian Sea to the west. It is the third-largest state in India by area and second-largest in terms of population. The state is a hub of rich history, culture, and tradition. The capital city of Maharashtra is Mumbai, also known as the financial capital of India. Other major cities in Maharashtra include Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, and Aurangabad.

Maharashtra has a diverse landscape with the western coastline, the Deccan plateau in the east, and the Western Ghats running parallel to the coastline. The state has a tropical climate with a monsoon season from June to September. Maharashtra is also home to several national parks and wildlife sanctuaries, such as Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, Sanjay Gandhi National Park, and Pench National Park.
