Delhi- The city of hustle-bustle of offices, colleges, international tourists, political chaos and many more. The fast-paced life is mostly dependent on electronic goods and technology-based equipment. Either its office, home, car or anywhere else, we use electronic products to ease our work that significantly increasing the e-waste. Delhi tourism has come up with smart plans to deal with this e-waste and utilize them to give a beautiful form. For collecting e-waste there are several e-waste bins are installed at tourist places to aware kids and people about e-waste utilization and significance.

The initiative taken by Delhi Government to build India’s first ever e-waste eco-park that will take care of rising e-waste. The waste will be converted into utilities or attractive objects that will enhance tourism as well as grow the quality of environment. From re-cycling to re-manufacturing will be done in the proposed park. As per reports, the Park will be constructed on 20 acres of land to take care of big amount of e-waste produced annually. 

In addition to this, The Government is also brought back the tourism through Film concept. Many Bollywood & regional films are shooted in Delhi as Delhi-6, Rockstar, PK, etc. Movies are the best way to promote particular location of state. Thus, the Government has approved the Delhi Film Policy 2022 to boost tourism and create jobs in the sector. With the success of Policy, Delhi can be future hub for the production of domestic and international cinemas. 

Similar initiative has been started in last month of past year with Bharat Darshan Park where Mini India is presented with replicas of Indian Famous monuments built by waste scrap of iron. Beautified with LED light system, it is gaining popularity among visitors on a big scale. 

Post COVID many of tourist attractions were closed partially or completely but they are gradually opening up. Where India Gate is closed for tourists for approx. 3 months span in lieu of new development work going on, Delhi Zoo has been opened with online tickets booking facility.
