Sangay Falls

A beautiful waterfall called Sangay Falls may be found near Soreng, in Sikkim's West district, India. The waterfall is a well-liked tourist spot in Sikkim since it is located at the meeting point of the rivers Rangit and Rimbi and is encircled by mountains and beautiful greenery. The waterfall, which descends from a height of around 100 feet, creates a captivating picture and a calming sound to the ears. Visitors may also cool down in the pool beneath the waterfall, which is thought to have healing effects.

Sangay Falls is a terrific area for a picnic with family and friends in addition to its natural beauty. Around the falls, there are a number of little stores and food stands selling delectable regional foods and drinks. A quick trek up to the waterfall's summit, which provides a panoramic view of the surroundings, is also available to visitors. People of all ages may enjoy the journey because it is not particularly challenging.
The monsoon season, between June and September, is when Sangay Falls is at its most picturesque and the water flow is at its greatest. There is no entrance fee and the falls are available all day for tourists.
