Location: Tashi Lookout is located on the North Sikkim Highway, about 8 kilometers from the town of Gangtok.
It offers a broad view of the mountains and valleys around and is situated on a hilltop. The Sikkim Tourist Development Corporation (STDC) constructed Tashi Viewpoint in order to boost tourism in the area. The previous Sikkim ruler Tashi Namgyal is honored by having the viewpoint bear his name.View:
