It is a famous pilgrimage place in Sikkim, located at an altitude of 12,000 feet near the Nathula Pass. It is devoted to Baba Harbhajan Singh, an Indian Army veteran who passed away in 1968 close to the Nathula Pass. The Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial Temple is yet another name for the structure.
Locals see Baba Mandir as a holy location, and a sizable contingent of worshippers travel there each year. The temple is renowned for its distinctive design and tranquil settings. A picture of Baba Harbhajan Singh, together with his outfit and other items, can be found within the shrine. Before entering the temple, visitors must take off their shoes.
The temple is well-known for its distinctive design and tranquil settings, but what really makes it interesting are the legends and folklore surrounding Baba Harbhajan Singh.
