Watch glory of Jammu at its fullest with magical movement of Sound & Light Show unleashed in backdrop of famous Bagh-e-Bahu. The project was inaugurated by Honourable LG of J&K on 11th February,2022. The new attraction in Jammu is attracting visitors to witness the charming beauty of water fountain. Bagh-e-Bahu is a popular garden of Jammu situated by the iconic Bahu Fort atop a mountain facing Tawi River. Beautiful ambience with stone sculptures, beautiful lake and large aquarium get new piece of charm as Musical Fountain.
The project was an initiative under Swadesh Darshan Scheme. The scheme is laid by Government of India for the integrated development of theme-based tourist circuits. With progressive developments happening in the UT, the project built at cost of approx. 10 crores is expected to gain attention of locals as well as tourists. With a seating capacity of 400 people, one can see various components as laser show, projection mapping, illuminating & dancing musical fountain.
At the grand event of inauguration, LG Sinha was very optimistic and said, the project will add a new experience to tourism sector and enhance the footfall of tourists.
