Form April 13, Puducherry is going to host 4 days long Beach Festival on a long weekend calendar holidays date of April 2022. 14th April being Good Friday followed by Saturday & Sunday gives an awesome chance to plan a family or romantic trip on beach shores.
The Puducherry Beach Festival is announced to woo tourists and promote local tourism in the UT. As per State Tourism Minister, the festival would include cultural programmes, western music & dance shows, catamaran race, bicycle marathon & Various water sports activities.
Venue: Gandhi Statue Beach, Promenade, Gandhi thidal craft Bazar, Chunnambar water sports complex, Paradise beach, sand dunes beach, and Pondy Maria beach.
Major Highlights of Festival: Kite Flying, Live Band Shows, Fashion Show, Sky lantern Display, Violin Concert, Bubble Show, Volleyball Tournament
