The DGCA had circulated an order regarding the aviation industry. The DGCA said the condition shall not concern transnational weight operations and breakouts specifically approved by it. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said on Thursday that the suspense of transnational marketable passenger services to and from India will remain suspended till January 31, 2022.
The central aviation body the new order was in a slight revision of its indirect provided on November 26 that had allowed listed transnational breakouts to operate from December 15. The controller issued an indirect on Thursday, saying" The competent authority has decided to extend the suspense of listed transnational marketable passenger services to and from India till 2359 hours of January 31, 2022."
The matter has been reviewed and the competent authority has decided to renew the listed marketable transnational passenger services to/ from India with effect from 15 December 2021, the order had read. DGCA had determined to not go onward with this sequence soon after Omicron cases were discovered in the country. Slated transnational passenger services have remained suspended in the country since March 23, 2020, because of the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic. The Vande Bharat is a special program run by India to move international flights.
