Annual Festival of Taj Mahotsav is organized every year in February at Agra. But this year, it is going to held in month of March for 10 days. People from corners of world come here to see this festival. This is an important event to promote tourism in Agra.

As per reports, the festival began in 1992 to encourage handicraft and hand architecture workers & products. Gradually participants from various countries join the event and made this very popular to showcase their talent. Visitors get to see many cultural programmes during the event which are good amalgamation of different cultures & traditions.
Taj Mahotsav 2022 Schedule:
Date: 20th March-29th march
Timings: 10AM to 10PM
Venue: Shilpgram, Well-known Crafts Village in Agra, UP
Entry Ticket: No entry tickets for children below 5 years of age. Tickets for Adults will be INR 40 to enter the festival. Foreigners can visit the Taj Mahotsav free of cost.
The Event was scheduled earlier in February but due to ongoing elections, it gets postponed in March. Preparations are going on full swing to give best experience to visitors.
