Har Ki Dun Trek

A lovely trip through the breathtaking valleys and natural splendor of the Garhwal Mountains is the Har Ki Dun Trek. Before arriving in Har Ki Dun Valley, which is situated at an elevation of 3,500 meters above sea level, the journey leaves from the village of Sankri and travels through a number of charming settlements, including Taluka and Osla. 

The walk provides breathtaking views of the mountains, woods, and meadows in the area. While on the walk, hikers may take in the splendor of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks. A number of different bird and animal species call the deep woods of deodar, pine, and oak trees home as the route winds through them. The valley is renowned for having a wide variety of plants and animals. Trekkers have the opportunity to see a variety of high-altitude wildlife, such as the Himalayan black bear, snow leopard, and musk deer. The ideal months to go on the Har Ki Dun Trek are April through June and September through November. These months provide good weather and bright sky that provide breathtaking views of the mountains.
