Waste to Wonder Park
Waste to Wonder Park is a city park in New Delhi, India. The park is made out of repurposed waste items including scrap metal, automotive parts, and other industrial debris. The park is 7 acres in size and comprises full-scale reproductions of seven great global wonders created solely of waste materials. The Great Wall of China, the Eiffel Tower, the Statue of Liberty, Christ the Redeemer, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Colosseum, and the Rio Carnival are among the reproductions.
The park is a one-of-a-kind combination of art and environmental activism, and it is part of a project to raise awareness about the need for recycling and trash management. The park is intended to demonstrate how waste materials can be turned into something beautiful and helpful. There are also interactive installations in the park that teach visitors about the necessity of recycling and garbage management.
