Mossy Falls

The name "Mossy Falls" comes from the moss that covers the rocks next to the cascade. The moss-covered boulders and the shimmering water combine to provide a breathtaking sight that is difficult to forget.
Mossy Falls is a location of historical significance in addition to being a beautiful wonder. This is thought to have been a location where British officers would go for picnics and to spend time with their families while the British were in control of India. The waterfall is also referenced in a number of books, including "Kim" by Rudyard Kipling. 

Tourists may pass hours relaxing by the waterfall, admiring the scenery, and savoring the tranquility of the place. It is advised to visit Mossy Falls between July and September, during the monsoon season, when the cascade is at its most spectacular. Visitors should use caution and safety measures when walking, though, as rain can make the route slick.
Mossy Waterfall may easily be reached by hiking from Barlowganj. The 1.5 km-long hike will take you through quiet settings and rich green woodlands. The route is well-kept, and the clean air and breathtaking vistas combine for a reviving experience.

It is advised to bring a water bottle and a small food along with you on the journey, dress comfortably, and keep the area clean.
