Monkey Point is a popular tourist spot located in the hill station of Matheran, Maharashtra, India. It is situated at an altitude of 1400 ft above sea level and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding valleys and mountains. The point is known for its large population of monkeys, hence its name.

The point is set on top of the cliff and thus has the echoing effect which amuses people. The weather here is very peaceful throughout but is at its peak from July to February and thus is the best time to visit.
