To cover all Shiva Jyotirlinga is not very easy, but when Lord Shiva calls you, the way gets open. Sharing the trip story of my recent trip to Maharashtra.
This yatra covers Trimbakeshwar, Bhimashankar and Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga.

You can follow this plan and cover all 3 Jyotirlingas easily in 3 days. There are 2 more Shiva Jyotirlinga in Maharashtra that you can cover in days by skipping Shirdi trip. I did all this trip in Innova Crysta.
