Sometimes, a road trip become wonderful when you visit some unique places- never seen,. never heard. I recently visited a cafe names as 12 Minite cafe located near Nashik Airport. It was my journey from Nashik Airport to Grishneshwar Jyotirlings in Maharashtra wher our dirver stopped at this hotel-located on a highway for breakfast. It was a very small outlet- no fancy decor, just some chairs and a small setup. We are thinking in our mind- Will it serve good food and worried about quality. 
But after we ordered few itmes, we got to know that they serve each item within 12 minutes from the placement of order. It is their selling USP. We ordered Poha, Misal Pav, tea, Pav Bhaji, Idli and get everything very tasty and on time. The key point is about the owner of cafe- he was very hardworking and running a clean outlet in a budget, No overpricing, no loot of customers. Just pure food in best rate. We were extremely delighted with the service and unique concept. 

The cafe owner told the story of Morris Garage parked outside that he had bought with hard earned income of his and family. It was great to see that every family member is contributing to this family business.

I would suggest to must visit this cafe when you are travelling from Nashik by road.
