Dal Lake

This greenish-blue lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains is perfect to enjoy while having a special Shikara ride. Floating gardens can also be seen with blooming lotuses.

Tulip Garden

A garden filled with colors, a feast for eyes is this special garden. As the name it has tulips but also daffodils, hyssen and muscari blooms. Opens only for April.

Nigeen Lake

Encompassed by willow and poplar trees, this lake is called nigeen as it looks like a jewel in a ring. Crystalline waters with hills on two sides it is a part of Dal Lake as well.

Chasme Shahi

The smallest garden of the three, it is famous for a spring. Overlooked by the Zabarwan Range it is said the water is filled with medicinal properties. Full bloom is seen in May and June.

Aru Valley

Circled by lakes, peaks and meadows the Aru Valley is well known for its scenic beauty. It’s a special experience being surrounded by green earth and blue skies.

Shailmar Bagh

Stone paths, rich green tress and a pavilion in the middle, this garden boasts of both architecture and nature.

Nishat Bagh

Second largest garden in Srinagar situated on the banks of Dal Lake, it is decorated with luscious flowers and well-built fountains. The history of this garden draws in people from around.

Hazratbal Shrine

This white marble shrine is known for safe-guarding the Holy Prophet Muhammad’s hair. Situated near the Dal Lake it has amazing views to look out for.
